As we continue to pursue new goals, it's an exciting time to join the Bragg team. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in our Long Beach, CA branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management: Handle accounts receivables, collections, and payables.
• Preparation: Job and customer setup, including prequalification.
• Daily Coordination: Communicate with the operational team to prepare the next day's work scope.
• Payroll Assistance: Review and code timesheets.
• Data Management: Data entry and organizing daily paperwork.
• Billing: Enter and submit billing invoices.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency in basic math operations and data sorting.
• Office Equipment: Knowledge of standard office equipment operation.
• Clerical Procedures: Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
• Office Administration: Knowledge of basic office administration principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the construction services or heavy haul industry.

Work Environment

• Physical Conditions: Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas.

• Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual hourly rate will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience)
