We are seeking passionate and experienced Advanced Esthetician Instructors to join our team! Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives, ensuring students have a comprehensive understanding of esthetics.
Teach both theory and hands-on techniques, including skincare, facials, waxing, makeup application, and other esthetician services.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation, engagement, and development.
Model best practices, including proper techniques, safety standards, and industry trends, for students to follow.
Supervise students during practical sessions, providing valuable feedback and ensuring a supportive learning atmosphere.
Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and exams, offering constructive guidance to help them improve.
Identify individual learning needs and offer extra support where necessary to ensure every student thrives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, keeping the curriculum current and relevant.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and lab environment for all students.
Mentor and inspire students, serving as a role model and guiding them on their professional journeys.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve the curriculum and contribute to program development and enhancements.
Hours and Availability:
We offer flexible positions with day and evening hours, including the option for a partial work-from-home/remote schedule.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced Esthetician license in good standing.
Must hold a current Advanced Esthetician Instructor license.
Prior teaching or training experience in an esthetician education setting is a plus.
Deep knowledge of esthetics, including current practices and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively teach and connect with students.
A genuine passion for mentoring and educating aspiring estheticians.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Comfortable using instructional technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning.
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment that supports student success.
