Location: PARSIPPANY, NJ (2-3 days Onsite)

Duration : 12 months

Job Description:

HCM data integration and ERP systems will directly drive enterprise transformation.

We're seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to lead complex data initiatives within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. This role focuses on data modeling, system integrations, and ERP implementation -ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex business processes into streamlined, data-driven solutions.

As a senior team member, you'll serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, driving critical projects across data conversions, mapping, and system integration workflows . Your insights will shape strategic decisions and optimize workforce systems used enterprise-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, model, and document HR and workforce data across various platforms.
• Lead data mapping and data conversion strategies for ERP and HCM system implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions between legacy systems and new platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.).
• Define and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency, compliance, and usability across systems.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, provide root cause analysis, and recommend corrective action.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data governance and system optimization.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on HCM and ERP implementations.
• Proven expertise in data conversions, data integrations, and system mapping .
• Strong understanding of HCM processes such as payroll, talent management, and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday , or similar.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of working closely with both business and IT teams.
• Experience working in hybrid or remote environments across global teams is a plus.
