Business Support Analyst - Join a Dynamic Team! Are you detail-oriented and passionate about driving operational success? We're looking for a Business Support Analyst with a strong mortgage background to join our growing team. What You'll Do: + Track and report key metrics to measure performance. + Produce compliance reports to ensure accountability and goal achievement. + Coordinate and manage off-site events and special projects. + Serve as the primary contact for internal and external clients on complex initiatives. + Provide administrative support to executive leaders (meeting management, expense reports, travel coordination, space planning, etc.). + Ensure efficiency and success through strategic organization and reporting. What We're Looking For: ✅ Mortgage industry experience (asset and credit review preferred). ✅ Google Suite proficiency - you'll use it daily. ✅ Expertise in reviewing asset statements and bank statements. ✅ Solid knowledge of Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios and how they impact financial assessments. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
