Job Description

Summary

Our summer camp staff will be responsible for working with children ages 5-12 on a daily basis. They will work as a team to achieve the goals of the program and meet the needs of the children and family that we work with. The camp staff will help the administration team develop quality programs, invest in young people and have fun doing it! We will offer competitive rates of pay and paid training are offered.

Duties

Ensure the safety of children, provide engaging and fun experiences, and work as a member of a team. Communicate with families on a daily basis, maintain confidentiality of all staff, children, and families. Demonstrate a respect and understanding of children and staff, and work to meet specific needs of the children that we are working with. Possess the ability to thrive in a face pace atmosphere while remaining positive and portray appropriate behavior.

Requirements

Must love children, be flexible, work as part of a team, facilitate relationships, and respond the needs and interests of children.
