Position Overview

The Intake Specialist plays a key role in welcoming potential clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This individual will be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responsible for gathering critical information and scheduling consultations. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.
• Gather and input essential client information into our case management system (e.g., Clio).
• Pre-screen clients to assess legal service needs and eligibility.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to confirm appointments.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless handoff of client information.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with intake procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a legal or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio) or willingness to learn.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
