This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to work across digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, photography, and content management.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do: As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support Hayward’s marketing team in managing digital assets, product data, SEO optimization, and content creation. You’ll gain experience working with cross-functional teams and digital platforms such as PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management).
Content & Photography Management - Assist with parts and product photography to enhance digital and print marketing materials.
- Upload and manage product photography in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Associate images with products in Hayward’s PIM system for accuracy and consistency.
Digital Marketing & ECommerce Support - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for web development releases.
- Analyze SEO/search terms, provide recommendations, and make updates in Magento.
- Support the Social Media team with customer service, content moderation, and engagement.
- Assist with Q&A and customer reviews on hayward.com, identifying potential data gaps.
Marketing Data & Content Enhancement - Assist with data cleansing, including collecting product dimensions, packaging weights, and attribute updates.
- Create infographics and marketing materials using Hayward brand templates for digital channels.
- Work closely with Creative Services, Digital/eCommerce, and Web Development teams to improve product marketing data.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Currently enrolled as a rising senior in a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the internship location.
