Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact seasonal and holiday campaigns that engage millions of customers nationwide. In this role, you'll coordinate across internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely, seamless delivery across multiple channels—including email, social, digital, display, and direct mail.

Lead the day-to-day management of high-impact advertising and marketing campaigns tied to key seasons and holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Summer, Halloween, Holiday).
Drive cross-functional alignment, campaign brief development, and execution of Go-to-Market plans and seasonal recaps.
Manage integrated marketing efforts across paid and owned assets including display, SMS, email, digital, social, and direct mail.
Act as a key liaison across Marketing Strategy, internal ad agency teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
Own and maintain the master product list and support operational needs across digital, traditional, and social channels.
Stay immersed in the business, knowing our seasonal product assortments, target audiences, and competitive landscape to help inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer-facing environments. 2+ years of hands-on experience with direct-to-consumer marketing across one or more sub-disciplines (email, digital, social, advertising, marketing communications).Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content development, and production processes.
Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
A proactive, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills:
Retail marketing knowledge.
Integrated marketing experience across paid and owned channels.
Understanding of seasonal campaign planning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Strong project management skills.
