Made at Rob Dolans, ( Old Sticks Winery) - Aromas of beetroot, plum, cinnamon and raspberry flow from its luscious nose, while the complex and juicy palate features notes of spice toast, dark cherry, coffee and red plum. This wine has a cellaring potential of about 4 to 6 years, best served when paired with game meats, pasta, salmon or chicken.
